Sue Neill-Fraser on 60 Minutes, October 18, 2026

One of Australia’s most serious miscarriages of justice is the murder conviction of Sue Neill-Fraser in 2010. Tasmania’s legal system, aided by its political establishment, refuses to contemplate an independent review of the case.

Viewers may find that outrageous. Watch 60 Minutes.

  1. Kim Gallagher says:

If Sue was threatened with death I’m going to guess the poor girl who was 15 on the boat that evening was probably threatened with something because she did an about face pretty quickly. Her DNA is on the boat, have her confessing to it, and then recanting . The police have something on her and they’re threatening her with it.

  2. David Smith says:

This whole matter is a disgrace – this is what happens when Corrupt Police get involved to prove that this person is Guilty no matter where the evidence takes us. Typical Government where the Government never accept responsibility for their making an incorrect decision – The Truth will Never come out because there are Too Many Corrupt Police & Public Servants involved – In a perfect world all those involved in this matter should be charged Criminally with Misconduct in Public Office. Also, all those people involved have been Paid to do a Job – They must be sent a bill for what they did not do. Act Professionally an Honestly.

  3. Andrea Brown says:

Funny thing about it is……. what do you do about any of this when it’s an obvious us and them scenario. They lock horns even tighter with Sue s positive and TRUTHFUL team, even making pacts with their enemies in state business to stop the truth leaking and spilling over. Wasn’t until this is realised just how twisted, skewed and with self infegos to maintain the actual lengths they would all go to.
Even now. Police are a joke. Kids riding motorcycles 3 on each one at school time through roundabouts where kids are….. do they chase them? No. Safety they say…. im no cop but surely you’d find where they live take their bike and so on…. but no turn a blind eye to it all yet poor Sue all their energy and work resources must go on not letting their biggest cat outta the bag in history.

Anyway we all know sue is innocent its getting the gooses in charge of tasmania to fess up. If they are scared of kids on motorbikes what hope do we really have

  4. Shelley Hayton says:

Everyone who has at least half a brain cell, should be outraged!
This has been almost unbelievable to everyone – how could SNF even cope with this situation and madness, only prayers of people across the world have kept her sane…
For shame, Tasmanian Government and Judiciary!
    Hang your heads in shame!
I’m sure you signed a contract about upholding the Law?
So you can add fraudulent work to your list of crimes!!
Not impressed one bit by any of you!

  5. Louise says:

Hope to see it. Wonder if there’s anything new it it.
