Noel Greenaway – the podcast

This 25:27 minute podcast explores the complex case of Noel Greenaway, a former school superintendent accused of decades-old abuse, highlighting the challenges of balancing victim belief with the presumption of innocence.

The case reveals the impact of societal shifts, media influence, and the limitations of memory in historical abuse allegations.

Analysis of the trial, including the use of tendency evidence and prosecutorial conduct, raises questions about the fairness of the justice system in such emotionally charged situations.

The sources also examine broader issues of wrongful convictions, the role of moral crusades, and the need for improved investigative and prosecutorial practices in cases involving historical allegations of abuse. Ultimately, the case serves as a cautionary tale about the intricacies of achieving justice in a world where societal pressures can overshadow due process.

Andrew. Will the Crusaders gallop to assist after 70 years of my silence ?
Does it matter if the perpetrators have long gone off in their pine boxes ?
65 years ago was told by a policeman to shut up – piss off !
Is this cash largesse reserved for sheilas?
Do lawyers get most of the moolah ?
Will they help with the screenplay ?
Maybe I should just accept –
Many many persons with power abuse that power . WCR proves my case !

Andrew. Have just written several brilliant contributions on this subject of the lawyer/client 50-year retirement funding scheme. Accidentally deleted – So aint so clever ! Observers will notice – often takes several years for Police Prosecutors to lob their screenplay on an innocent victim Sue/ Lindy eg. BUT is 50 years to write a screenplay a sign of the Mad Crusaders taking over – destroying common sense in our judicial system . Our Appeals Court system has failed –
The Privy Court is now a TV show .The pompous gits kept innocent Derrick Bromley in the pen for 40 years – Nuts ! Now we imprison for remaining life – in cases impossible to defend ! How is it that decent? Thoughtful countries have fewer
of their citizens in prison ? Do they have a 50/60 year screenplay delivery system ? Is the lucrative damages system the best and only solution – sure to bring out the highly coached litigant and enrich their lawyers ! China has one third per head of their citizens in prison – v- USA. The lunatical decline of the West ?
